Mural at the Grand Hotel

At the mid range of the back stairs of the Grand Hotel (圓山大飯店).

In 1110 BC, the Duke of Chou, one of the sons of the Founder of Chou Dynasty, ruled as a regent for the minor sovereign-king Cheng. During his Regency, the proceeded to provide security to the kingdom by suppressing interval revolts, and set-up a system of governing officials and instituted rites and composed music.
